Q: Do you bring your own supplies?
A: Yes, we bring everything needed! If you prefer, we can use your products (for allergies or pets), just let us know.
Q: How long does a cleaning take?
A: Most cleanings take between 2 to 5 hours, depending on your home’s size and condition.
Q: Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
A: Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or up to 3 cleanings per month based on your needs.

A: We love pets! Just let us know ahead of time so we’re prepared and can use pet-safe products.

A: Nope! We don’t expect a tidy home—that’s our job. Just move any personal items if needed.

A: Tips aren’t expected but always appreciated—100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.

A: It’s easy! You can call, text, or email. We’ll guide you through it all.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee to cover our time.
Q: Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?
A: Yes! Those are included in our $700 premium plan, but you can also add them to any other plan for an extra fee—just let us know when booking.
Q: Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
A: Yes, we use safe, non-toxic products by default, but if you have special requests or allergies, just let us know and we’ll adjust.
